Blank Meal Plan
When I stepped down from Residential, I found that one of the things that helped me the most was typing up my own blank menus to fill out. It made meals much less stressful when they were planned out a few days ahead of time. It also made the grocery shopping a lot easier! If you e-mail me your requirements for meals (grains, fats, proteins, etc) and a list of all of the foods you eat on a consistent basis, I can format it into an easy check-off sheet for you to use as your daily menu.
